Roughly a year old

I posted earlier on the situation which can be found here in Homebuilt. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/248148-31-freezing .
This was just to address the Freezing my PC has been going through. Only minutes ago did i receive the BSOD. I've run avast, no virus, i defrag/scan every other week, i'm frantically searching forums and MS website for help. I'm also looking for a disk to run memtest. Most recently software installed was MS update. If you need anything please let me know. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hope its helpful. Iwould usually spend a bit more time but I have troubles of my own.

This second one offers a couple of different suggestion that could apply as it talks of ram timings which could be relavent since you updated the bios.
