SCO hasn't won any of their court battles, but they are going to try and push forward anyway. They actually want a judge to award them the copyrights anyway despite the jury verdict. After this though, they don't have anything to use to go after IBM.

HOW??? I mean it's only been 5 years of it!!

SCO never got Linux, nor did they ever get organised. The only good stuff they had was the stuff they bought from other companies.

Actually, back when the company was named "Caldera" it had it's own Linux Distro and was a part of the "United Linux" effort. United Linux still legally exists, even though it died (non of the members participated in it) once SCO started suing everyone.
