I'm having a couple of issues with Microsoft Money 2006 that I can't seem to figure out, and the Help file isn't much help at all :sarcastic:

First, when I click on ATM under the Withdrawal tab, it automatically sets the category to "Cash Deposit - Personal" under the list of incomes. So I have to manually scroll allllll the way up to the top of the list of Expenses and change it to "Cash Withdrawal - Personal". I can't understand why it automatically sets the category to an Income category when I'm clearly entering a withdrawal.

The other issue has to do with my home mortgage, which I have set up to keep track of all the payments in Money. I've been using it to keep track of mortgage payments ever since I built this computer and installed the software back in June 2006. Well for the past 12 payments or so, when I enter the total amount, I get some kind of message about the principal and interest amounts not matching the calculated amounts or some such thing like that. It then gives me options to either adjust the principal/interest and keep the total the same, adjust either the principal or interest (not sure which) and change the total amount, or ignore the discrepancy. What I can't figure out it why there is a discrepancy in the first place. After it adjusts the amounts, it does indeed show the correct amounts, and has every time on every previous payment. Anyone know?
