I got a brand new SanDisk 128MB+11b Wireless WiFi Compact Flash CF, but it
doesn't work well in my axim x5 WM2003 IS there a way to make the 128 mb
readable and the wifi to work fine without having to unplugged and plugged
it a couple of times??? ALso: It suppose to be low-battery consumption but
it is draining my battery out.

Your Axim isn't compatible with the WiFi card, acording to Sandisk. See

Palm Tungsten T3 Sync to Windows 7

I think you need to check Palm's website for syncing software compatible with Windows 7 and your T3. If you can't find anything for 7, try using one made for Vista.
