[Urgent] I deleted a volume!

I accidentally deleted my volume in disk management. It was a dynamic disk that had all my documents on it. It was not my boot partition and it had no OS on it just docs. I accidentally hit delete but did not format the volume. I know there has to be a way to recover it since it was not formated. Can someone please guide me through it?

There are several softwares available to re-establish a partition. Try looking for Recover It All, File Recovery Pro, Get Data Back or something similar.

Big relief. I fixed it by installing a 3rd party program called Mini Tool Partition Wizard.

One more question while I am still here though. There is a partition on my disk called system and it is 100 MB. I didnt put it on the disk and I dont know what it is. Can I delete it?

Hi

If you have Windows Vista or Windows 7 it creates a small partition for the boot manager when it is installed

So Do Not delete it
