I have configured one of my computers to have several users and how do I add and remove programs on their desktop, when I am in as the admin there is no way to remove the icons for the progrms that they will not use and now my super spyware program is not working, I cannot reinstall it and it's not in the A/R programs list, but the dir in the program files is there but no .exe to run it from there, any ideas

C: /documents and settings/username/desktop

In the allusers desktop you can remove the programs you dont want anyone to use and move them to the administrators desktop. For programs you only want certain users to use you can copy those icons to each users desktop folder. You will also need to remove the entries in the start menu folder for each user.
You also may want to set the other accounts to limited to restrict their access.
