I have a excel file which contains quite confidential code and program.
I kept the file in network sharing. I allowed people to read and to print.
But I need to restrict them to copy.

Can anyone help me.

Not nativity. You need DRM to do this, but I don't know of a solution that works well.

Yes, and large companies have spent MILLIONS on creating DRM which has been proven to only slow down pirates and irritate honest people!

There are legitimate reasons to have DRM. And almost all the time, its to keep people from quickly duplicating work. If you have full access to the files and system, then the DRM is already broken.

But anyway, I don't advocate DRM on media I consume or applications I use. I have never seen a locked down applicatoin/game/media that wasn't pirated which means the honest buyer is the one getting screwed. -end thread hijack.
