SP3.. Good or bad?

Is sp3 worth getting, does it do anything useful or just a waste of space?

But basically, its a update rollup with some minor added features. I am sure though they added those fixes that they don't release to everyone, just those who have the issue and microsoft gifts the fix out on a oneonone basis.
