Upgrade to server 2008?

I am currently running windows server 2003 with 15 clients pc's. I have the option of upgrading to server 2008. Should I upgrade because my main concern is backing up certain files. The server works fine but if I can survive with 2003 I will, I just worry about certain support and updates that windows might not support any more. Can I get by a couple more years?

Well, if the goal is to upgrade for support - I'd wait for Server 2012 which is due next year. If you are having issues and you feel an upgrade is due now, sure R2 is a fantastic product.
