Hey guys,

For some unknown reason, I could not open control panel under windows vista recently.
Whenever I open Control Panel, the error message will pop up and tell me the Windows Explore has stopped working and then restart (the windows explore, not pc). I tried to do system restore, and even used the Windows Vista disc to use its repair function. The problem still persist. Everything else is just fine. I just can't open Control Panel.
Anyone know what is causing this problem? And again, it only started doing this recently. I don't think I had this problem before early Feb, 2008.

Additional info:
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3700+ 2.20GHz
RAM: 1 GB (512 * 2 dual channel)
32 bit Windows Vista Home Premium
ASUS A8N SLI Premium motherboard
GeForce 7800 GT 256MB video card
No additional firewall or spy tools installed.
Not a whole lot softwares are installed.

Help plz. :(
