I've been searching all over the web for a BT netlimiter. I use Utorrent (as a reference) and I would like to download linux off it but it would take a huge chunk out of my daily usage quota. I'm wondering if there's a program or plugin for utorrent where I can just set how much I want to download per a day so I can maintain a good limit.
