I have an Evga GT7950 ko, i can easily over clock it to 600mhz(Core)/800mhz(memory) but i would like to flash the bios so i don't need to o/c it every time windows starts. I currently use nTune because Ati tools don't want to work on this os, so could anyone help me out or direct me to a guide? Thanks in advance.

You can just oc with rivatuner or powerstrip and set it to auto put the oc values whith windows startup. I personally don`t recommend messing up with bios just for putting an ocing as standard values
