If he happens to get it installed, it crashes within a few days. He says "first time it crashes during install is when it does the testing system performance" and "the other thing is when i put the mobo speaker on the mobo it constantly beeps"

He has also tried with Corsiar XMS2 6400 memory. Yes, has changed the ddr voltage to memory spec.......

Any clues????????

I would suspect the MB, specifically the RAM picky chipset. I speculate only because I returned a Nvidia 570 MB due to incompatibility with RAM. Everything I tried wouldn't run right. If you use the Crucial.com memory Configurator, the MB you have has many revisions listed. I entered the MB with no revision and came up with these recommendations. You might try the live online chat at Crucial and find some RAM guaranteed compatible with that MB. One other suggestion, which has solved RAM problems for me in the past is to find the default Northbridge voltage requirement and bump that default value up. HTH.
