Can you recommend a light (fast) anti-virus+other security software?
It needs to be easy to use and I would like features such as automatic defragmentation.

I have Windows live Onecare in my laptop and it seems to be very easy to use. However, I read that it has been criticized for many reasons. So is Onecare a bad choice? What would you recommend?
