Anyone use this encrypting program? I have had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. And their customer service seriously needs an overhaul...

My problem is that randomly the drive I encryped will get screwed up somehow. Not sure whats going on cause I am not even accessing that drive. But I will restart and the drive is marked 'unknown' then I have to decrypt the drive (its a 400 gb drive) run recovery software, move the files onto other diskes and then redo the whole process again.. its killing me..

does everyone have this kinda problem with encryption software?
