I am looking for windows NT driver for a hp 6940 deskjet printer

Are you connecting by USB or network? NT does not officially support USB, so you will not have much luck with that.

Can you share it from a PC that supports the printer? If so, you can connect to it from NT and try the built-in HP drivers until you find one that works.
