Hi there,
Well I'm someone at my wits end with a piece of software called 'computertime' (softwaretime.com).
Basically my Dad's perception of my PC habits are completely stupid and the only thing restricting my time spent on the computer is doing, is pissing me off and making me watch TV instead of socialising on MSN, and such.
I've tried messing with the program - removing it with the control panel, deleting vital parts of it, but I can't do squat without a password.
Is there a way to remove it, get the password (legaly) or just disabling it?
Really desperately annoyed person needing help.

Hahaha, now you'll never get help. I think your computer had constraints added for a reason.
Look, if you don't like it, move out. You'll quickly learn that although you may have limits on your computer access, it's better than not having any PC at all.
How old are you? If you're at an acceptable age for your folks to be telling you what to do, i.e. 18 or under, then you can't really complain. In fact, you should spend more time in the afternoon/evening after school/college socialising with real-life people and getting some exercise, not socialising with no-life people on the internet and letting your body slowly poison itself in the process of atrophying.
If you're older than 18, then it's just pathetic that your parents have control over your PC habits - in fact, it's just pathetic that you're still dependant on them. Get a job, study something and get a qualification, get a better job and move out.
Not that I could support such behaviour but a simple hunt for a live cd password cracker would allow you to reset the admin password and then log in as such. Once there you can work it out for yourself. If you just want basic web access and IM then get a live CD linux distro such as Knoppix, DSL or even just the Ubuntu live CD and boot from that. Daddies fancy software will not be able to stop that, unless he locked the BIOS too in which case time to pop that CMOS battery and give it a good spanking.
The boys do have a point. Get out there and live a bit, however they don't know you or your situation. I'm guessing that you are young and that your folks are probably acting in what they think is your best interest. If you find that you are living in the virtual world to escape the real world then frankly its time to think about what and why you are doing with a computer. I don't know if you get bullied at school or if you are just suffering from the angst we all did growing up but there are very few women in this world that dig fat geeks... Trust me I know from a former life!
I know that if I were younger, I wouldn't be outside much now a days. It's allegedly going to be 37 or so today, but yesterday and tomorrow (and for who knows how long), single-digit temps were very common.
