So guys, here's my thing:
I'm running my HD with 2 partitions. Windows and drivers in one, data and programs in the other. So, whenever I format and reinstall my Windows partition I have to reinstall most of the programs in the other partition too. Is there any way to avoid this installing spree?
This is why it's a good idea to either put your programs on the same partition as Windows or create 3 partitions, one for OS, 2nd for programs, and 3rd for data. That way you can just format the one with the programs and do a clean install of the programs as well as the OS
I would suggest after putting OS & Programs on the same drive do an Image (ghost or other program) to create a image of your drive at that time so you atlest have a good starting point if your drive crashes.
