just made a new pc and had a few problems with vista. Managed to get it stable now but vista will not respond after sleep mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

BIOS update, Windows update, maybe hope in SP 1? Don't know of any other 'sleep' fixes, sleep and hibernate seem to work pretty well in Vista, so I tend to suspect your mobo instead of the OS itself.
