Data encryption on PPTP Protocol

Hi.
Does anyone know how to enable data encryption on vpn server (OS: Win2003) through radius accounting type (with NTTacPlus 2.0.2)?
I want to enable data encryption with mppe 128. or other encryption type for CHAP Auth.

Can anybody help me?
