Keeping folders synchronised

Hi people,

I have an some folders on my pc that I would like to keep synchronized with an external hard disk. Any suggestions for a vista compatible way to do this? Something that you have used and are familiar with would be most useful. Thanks loads!

Try Microsoft's SyncToy. I've used several versions for a couple of years now and it's pretty solid. It's free and worth a shot.
