I agree, your hardware could probably take Vista pretty well, but theres really no reason to have a 64 bit OS for gaming or web surfing. I'd bet that FPS are going to be best in ur current setup with 32XP too.

I was gonna ask the same question that Grumpy ask. But I do have some other questions base on my specs.
1. Is there another way we can make XP 32bit use 4 Gigs of RAM
instead of the maxium 2-3 Gigs?
2. Do games like Crysis see that I have 4 Gigs, but just not Windows?
3. With my system specs below, do I really even need 4 Gigs?
I don’t really see the point, 32bit application will work bit slower on 64 bit os. Word of advice, make sure that you hardware support 64 bit os and you got all the drivers (don’t forget scanner/printer/webcam) and from really bad experience with xp 64 try the Vista 64, works perfect for me. P.s 64 bit OS for now suite for enthusiasts only.
I just installed another 1 Gig Corsair XMS2 onto my system and suprisingly my system boots up. On a past posted I thought x32 only took a max of 2Gigs, but the 3rd Gig is reading in my System Properties just fine. However I will not install the 4th Gig until I get a 64bit OS.
