Heya,

Now that I have my external 1tb drive hooked to my HTPC, I'm starting to digitize my DVD collection to it. I'm wondering if there's software that will let me view/browse the collection via album art covers. I've not used Windows Media Center, so I'm not sure if it does that or has the option. Currently I've been just straight ripping the DVD to ISO form and simply launching it in a drive emulator, works great and uses zero compression so it's just like my disc is in there without the hassle for the collection (love HTPCs!). But, I'd like it to look a little nicer. Currently I just look at file names and select what I want (I use a logitech MX Air mouse from the couch). It'd be nice to be able to just view album art covers instead if possible.

Any ideas on this?

Cheers, :)

Update:

Anyone else in this camp, I'll just share some things I've found:

MyMovies (google it). It's free. Plugs right into Windows Media Center. It allows you to get/set album art for your DVD collection stored in ISO/Folder/etc formats. It supports automounting with Daemon Tools (even in Vista64, which I use). It plays the DVD right there for you, and it uses whatever software you tell it to. Very handy. Free. Exactly what I was looking for.

MyMovies + Daemon Tools + Windows Media Center + TheaterTek = Everything you need for a one-click-digital-dvd-library with browsable album art covers.

Very best,
