Micro ATX board for e4300, here are my choices

1. GIGABYTE GA-965GM-S2
or
2. ASROCK CONROE1333-DVI/H INTEL 945G

which one would be better in performance, overclocking and stability. i cannot afford a mother board for more than 100 USD  .

suggestions please :D

I currently have both the ASUS P5LD2-VM 945G and ASUS P5B-VM DO 965G micro boards running. The 945G is a rev. 1 and will not support C2D. The 945G chipset supports up to PC5400 667mhz. RAM. The P5B-VM DO 965G is running an e6600 and is supporting PC6400 800mhz RAM. If you are buying a micro and have a chance to get the 965G chip, it has a later onboard video chip in addition to supporting PC6400 800mhz. RAM. The 945G is inferior, but not by much is the price difference is great. I chose the ASUS P5B-VM DO over the Gigabyte board you are considering. My suggestion, go with the 965G chipset.

Do you need overclocking capability? As best as I can tell, no motherboards with included graphics can be overclocked much, if at all. Also, Do you need micro atx? They all seem to come with integrated graphics. You may need to reassess your needs.
