Is Thermaltake Shark case really EMI proof?

what container qualify as EMI proof? EMI=Electromagnetic Interference.

I saw some computer cases that the manufacturer claim to be EMI proof.
For example, Thermaltake PC case:

I believe what they're referring to is just the side panel, there's an opening there and it's partially metal to help block EMI, while any old solid metal case would block EMI fairly well. So they're just saying that the level of EMI blocking on the window is comparable to a case with a solid metal sidepanel.

Or I could be completely wrong.

That sounds reasonable. My guess is that there is no "industry standard" for a product to be marketed as EMI blocking so I don't think that it necessarily means anything.
