Hi, I've recently purchased Samsung i730 through Verizon Wireless.
First of all, this device is TOP-of-the-Line device from VZW, with so
much built-in features, but only painful thing to find out is that you
can't use WiFi and Cellular working at the same time, which is not
good, because that's not the definition of connectivity.
But, I'm having a very hard time to initialize Wi-Fi working on my
device. Every time I tried to initialize the Wi-Fi feature, it will
display error message. and the only work around soultion is to hard
reset the phone (which will cause all my data to be deleted), however,
even I do hard reset, the Wi-Fi will work few more times, and stop
working (not be able to initialize).
Does anyone experience this sort of problems?
I've called VZW customer support so many times (even their wireless
data support), but they gave no help.
Does anyone know where I can download latest driver for this device or
something?
