Windows 2003 port110 and 25 blocked

We have IQUINOX mail. Every day at night port 110 and 25 automatically blocked and we are unable to receive and send mail next day. when we resrart the server its works smoothly.

What services do you have automatically run at night? One of them might be corrupting system memory and causing your mail server to stop responding.
