Linux 7134 se tv card drivers

Hi I have Just installed Ubuntu on to my Biostar MB (G31 M7 TE ver6.1), I have installed Wine. The Problem I am currently experiencing is I can not find drivers for my tv card (KWORLD Plus Analogue Lite PCI Model: 7134 SE. I thank you in advance for assisting me . PS I am new to linux and want to leave the Microsoft OS behind in history.
