Best pcie video card under 90$

Looking to upgrade my ATIX700 (I think) for something a little better but don't wanna spend my whole paycheck for it.

Any suggestion, I've got a NF4 MSI motherboard and a AMD 4400X2 in case it matters.

If you're in the US, you might be able to get a 7600 GS for under $90

For cheaper, a DDR2 7300 GT should be around the $75 range.

Both are better than the X700... the 7600 GS is alot better though.
