Mail Server in Windows 2003

I have configured a POP3 mail server in windows 2003. I can send emails but unable to receive emails from gmail yahoo, etc ids.

I am using WiMax Leased Line with Static IP. My WiMax Router is in bridge mode and the system is directly connected to internet.

Please give a detailed tutorial.

What SMTP software are you using? Do you have an MX record set up? Does your ISP allow servers, or do they block common ports?
