My friend just got a new Motorola model# 5101 and he got his new internet connection today we are able to connect to his home page (Google.com) and if we try to type in an place to go it says,"IE is currently running without add on's disabled". "He gets this message everytime he tries to type in an IP address. Could someone please help us out? Also would you be kind enough to list the modems IP so we can go into the modem logs. Thank you for your help.
