How do I stop a Driver from loading?

Can someone help me with stopping a driver from loading? I have a asus 975xp5w dh deluxe which has wireless network adaptor and I don't use it and when the driver loads I have a stupid safely remove hardware icon in my tool bar. I tried uninstalling it and it works but then vista randomly installs its 1-2 days later. Vista automaticly installs missing drivers I guess?
