Hello,
I added some memory to my computer and now I cannot get my computer to come up to the windows. The monitor just stays blank. I don't have the CDS that came with the computer just have the product key code.

What make and model is the computer?

Take out the memory you put in, it's obviously either bad or not supported by your PC.
