I have a computer that can print locally on any account locally logged onto it, but it can not network print for some reason until the print spooler service is reset either in Services or the computer is restarted. All computers are the same: Windows XP SP2, latest updates, Panasonic CF-51, all computers that have printers have the lastest drivers / software. All computers with networked printers have the lastest drivers loaded for network sharing.

The printer is a HP Color LaserJet 2600n. Please help and thank you for your time, everyone.
