I bet there are a hundred similar posts but I don't feel like searching through them for what I need.
Recently I've been getting more and more into making films with my cousins and we have started to get more technical and artsy with the angles and lighting and ****. But, the thing all our movies are really missing is music. I need a free video editor that can have multiple tracks running, like the cameras mike and then a background son separate. I could use audacity and combine the music in with it but that just complicates it and makes later changes really hard.
So, to recap:
Need FREE video editor
has to be able to run multiple tracks or audio files
needs to be pretty user friendly - I won't use half the extra features anyway
I used Avidemux when editing the clips from my nephews wrestling just this last week. You can add two tracks from what I can see, but I never tried adding a second track.
Anyway, just thought I'd tell you I put the DVD video together with the help of Avidemux, Audacity, GIMP, and DVDStyler for the authoring. It was pretty fun although I spent a little over a week on it lol.
