I Bought My Laptop A Few Months Ago, I Had a virus From downloading a-Squared Virus Protection (Don't download it if you have AVG, ccleaner Or NOD32) (I had CCleaner). I had an engineer Reinstall Vista! now, my windows Defender and Disk Defragment will not work for some reason. I need Help Or i will scream (the Whole of the World would Hear me if i Screamed). When i try and Start Windows Defender in Windows Security Centre it says: "Security Center Can't turn On windows defender. Please try Later". My computer Is A toshiba Equium A100-338. Also i Have windows Vista Home Premium Installed.

Sounds like that tech deosn't know what he's doing. Just reinstall yourself, it's not exactly hard. Make sure you backup your crap first. Trying to fix Vista when you don't know what's actually wrong, usually breaks more things. It's just too finiky of a program. BTW Defender is 110% useless.
