Windows server trouble

i cnat find a regular windows server which includes all the parts nedded to install dns-active directosy(i tried downloding the different componentes separatly but for naw im stock on dnsmgmt.msc )help me pleas

It should all be included on the install CD/DVD for Windows Server. you don't need to download any additional components.
