Hello! I want to ask you if PhysX should be turned off when i'm not playing games that support it or it doesn't matter :S I think that if I have PhysX acceleration enabled the FPS go down ( a few) but i'm not quite sure.

I havent noticed a difference.
If it doesnt need it I would think its not used.
Try running 3dmark to find out.
