Hey I was about to update my computer to SP3 and a warning came up and said make sure to back up your entire computer. Well that got me thinking. I am happy with my computer the way it is and is it even worth the risk to update and possibly lose my computer? So what's in SP3?

its just using that warning as a precaution so you cant sue microsoft if something goes wrong. in other owrds go ahead and update it won't (well shouldn't) harm your computer

XP SP3 is still in Beta testing, the official complete public release of SP3 from MSFT is what you should be waiting for unless you like taking the chance of having to possibly reinstall your OP/SYS.
