Boot Problem

Hello,

I have screwed the MBR after I installed OSL2000 Boot Manager. This OSL2000 BM does not boot my Ubuntu. Therefore I removed it. After I removed it the system boots directly into my Windows 7. There is no trace of my Ubuntu. Please help

boot into livecd, and reinstall grub2
