Asus P5K vs P5K Deluxe

I guess I should ask this question in the Asus area!

Can anyone tell me the difference between Asus P5K and P5K Deluxe, other than the enormous price difference? I can't see why I would fork over an extra $80-$100 or whatever to take the Deluxe over the vanilla.

Any info would be appreciated.

Dual Gigabit lan. WiFi. A lot of cables and accessories. I don't remember any more... I'll go check with the asus site...

Looks like that I was missing the Stack Cool 2, ICH9 with Raid, an additional PciE x1, additional 2 Sata ports, one eSata more. 8 Phase power design, a 16 MB Bios chip ( 8O )

BUT!

The deluxe version has 2 USB ports missing so the vanilla is better (??)
