I really appreciate any suggestions. I've completely reinstalled vista, and I'm running the latest Nvidia drivers. I have a 790i ultra sli board, and I'm running 32 bit vista.

Does this happen everytime? You could try to boot into safe mode and uninstall the last driver or program you installed and work your way back from there. I don't know what the codes mean but I got the same type of blue screen yesterday installing Vista but it only happened once. Maybe installing the lastest updates will fix it. Let me know what you have tried.

Another thought (I'm not sure if you've done this) is you may want to use drivercleaner to completely uninstall the video drivers and then reinstall them. Maybe that will help.
