I saw the article on Tom's about how Comcast and TimeWarner are performing regional testing of capped Internet services. It made me think back to a different article I read on how the telecommunications giants were givin tax breaks and other financial help to upgrade the country's internet lines with 45 Mbps fiber optic lines. $200 Billion of our money. Needless to say we're still stuck with 2Mbps lines for $60-$80 per month if you're lucky. It's an amazing read that I wanted to share with you guys. Where did that money go and why hasn't anyone been held accountable?

A quick fact from the article "The United States 16th in broadband Internet technology and falling"

Let me know what you think.

The more I read the forums, the more I feel that a number of individuals would be well served by skipping their next GPU purchase in favor of a little "Stress relief" from the local 'Working Girls'"
