In desktop and screen power is supplying but the system is not showing anything

Hello sir,
I Installed windows 2003 server.
iam using that soft ware.
but today the system is not starting.
the pwer is supplying to cpu & monitor.
but the system is not responding anything.
plzhelp me sir

Check the motherboard for issues especially with the capacitors, try new RAM, new power supply.
