Hello,
hi guys, i need to connect two computers running windows 2000 via a switch such that: one computer sends pictures to computer X which in turn sends them to commercial photo printing machine( DSS 208). i do not have internet connection. I only use cables and a small switch. Help me pliz.

Unless you want to automate this, easy setup. Setup IPs on both computers in the same range manually (192.168.1.2 and .3 or something), they will talk to each other. Setup file sharing on the systems http://support.microsoft.com/kb/301281
