Help!

I have Ubuntu installed on my main computer, running perfectly.

I try and use the same live CD on my secondary computer, and it goes through the BIOS, but as soon as it starts to load Ubuntu from the CD the monitor turns off and displays "No Signal".

Is this fixable?

The computer is a Soltek Barebones system, motherboard: Soltek's SL-B7A-F , with the onboard video: Integrated GeForce4 MX Graphics Processing Unit

Any ideas?

I'm sorry, could you please explain what and how to boot into Vesa mode?

I also found out that I have the same problem with Fedora, so basically it seems it is any linux based OS...

My onboard video is Nvidia GeForce 4 MX, and I've heard of problems with Nvidia's video cards...

What can I do? Give up and stick with XP? I would love to dual-boot XP and Ubuntu...
