Just wanted to run this by everyone to first make sure this setup will fit together well, and to take in recommendations. Hope to oc processor to 2.8-3.0. Went with the 6320 for the 4mb cache and 640mb gts for future-proofing(which doesn't really exist), but not sure if its worth it?

For the difference in price, get the e6420, has a better multiplier, so easier to get to 3.0ghz.
The PSU says 500W but it closer to 350W, some of the shadier companies use Peak Watts as the rating, good companies under-rate their PSU and give a guarentee. I would look at the FSP 430W as a minimum to run the 8800 card.
You are right (of course, oh Master of PSU Knowledge ) For the 8800 cards, you are better getting a 500-600W unit. I hear Corsair has good ones rated at 520 and 620Ws, but they are a little pricier.
I was figuring you guys would hate that psu. What psu and case would you select to match the configuration. I want all the hardware, but a case to fit it and a psu that isn't a piece. Lower price is preffered, but not at the cost of too much quality.
unless your gaming above 1600x1200 stick with the 320 mb version and get a better case and psu, i agree one hundred percent with mpilchfamily, the psu and cooling are your two most important parts in the computer, you dont want a underpowered system, or worse, a hot underpowered system. Get an Antec trio, or the Neo HE and an antec 900 case, great gaming case, fantastic airflow too. other than that, your set up looks pretty solid, if you wanna OC medium-heavy on your cpu i reccomend you get a Thermalright 120 Ultra, you dont need the ultra extreme, but the ultra is great too.
