I'd assume an AV that would run on XP (x86) would run just as well on WS2003. For my XP systems I usually run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM), which can be had for about $25.00; that is, a lifetime license including definition and program updates. It's rather lightweight and also effective, a difficult equilibrium for AV programs (I've seen many, i.e. Norton, McAfee, that do neither :p )

We're using Eset NOD32 on Windows Server 2003 - works just fine, except that there are some issues with ISA Server.
