I need an advice how to connect 3pin fan (scythe infinity cooler) to Asus P5B deluxe 4pin cpu fan header.

P.S.
One more: I did not buy RAM yet. I intend to purchase GeIL Ultra DDRII 2GB PC2 6400 800MHz KIT (2x1GB) and I wonder how it will perform in this mobo since it is not in the compatibility list?
