Why am i not administrator on my computer

I have erased all the old stuff and when it was reloaded with the dell insparation 7500 I can't do uploads or play a game or change any thing.
it says I have no administrator rights or notallowed because I am not an aministrator. how do i make my self the administrator?

You need to log into an account with administrator rights, and then you can add that right to your account.
